Co₃ was founded on the principle that we all have a higher calling in life. Something that only we can do. We believe we each have a special brand of magic to offer the world. A magic created from the culmination of our natural skills and talents and refined by the joyous and sometimes tragic moments of our lives.

We realize not everyone has the same opportunities in life. We have seen the underbelly of systems purportedly designed to help, and we refuse to perpetuate the status quo, which consistently produces disproportionately negative outcomes for the most marginalized groups.

When we explore with curiosity instead of judgement our own stories, our special brand of magic becomes clear. When we approach life with a spirit of cultural humility and we embrace the truths of those we've been taught were "other," we reconnect to our own humanity, and the humanity of others. We can then harness our collective magic to bring about true transformational change and lasting impact. Not just for us, but also for others.

Everyone is worthy of transformation, freedom, and liberation--individually and collectively. And that requires deep work. First in me.

This journey is not for the faint of heart. We can't do it alone. We were created to live in community. 

And life in true community requires us to lean into the discomfort when others choose to run from it. But don't worry, we won't leave you there. We do "with" well, and we commit to continue doing our own work along the way...
